Hey, I’m Larissa.

Natural Powder and Nano Brows by Larissa – Chatham-Kent Permanent Makeup Artist

I specialize in soft, natural permanent brows that enhance your features, not overpower them.

My Approach

Advanced Artistry

With over five years of experience, 10 advanced certifications, and hundreds of healed results, my work is rooted in a deep understanding of skin, colour theory, and long-term retention. I create results that feel like you, just more defined.

Collaboration

Your brows are designed with you, not just for you. I involve you in the shaping and colour selection process, ensuring every choice feels right for your face, skin, and style.

I do not begin tattooing until you feel fully confident in the shape, colour, and plan.

A step-by-step look at the cosmetic tattoo process, from your first appointment to final results.

The Treatment Process

1/ Design & Mapping

We’ll begin by drawing your brow shape as a guide before tattooing. I use mapping string and measuring tools to create a balanced, symmetrical outline. If needed, I’ll tweeze or trim any stray hairs to clean up the area. We’ll also choose a pigment that suits your skin tone and how soft or defined you’d like your brows to appear.

Tattooing only begins once you’ve reviewed and approved the shape. You’ll have complete confidence before we start.

2/ Tattooing

Once you’ve approved the design, I’ll begin tattooing using a soft, layered technique. I apply a lidocaine-based numbing agent throughout the procedure to keep you comfortable.

I take a less-is-more approach in the first session—starting light, soft, and natural. This method gives us room to build gradually, with the option to add more at the touch-up.

You’ll leave with beautifully shaped brows that will soften as they heal. This session creates the foundation and is just the first step in the overall process.

3/ Healing & Touch-Up

After your first session, you’ll follow 10-14 days of strict aftercare to support healing and pigment retention. You’ll leave with an aftercare kit and clear instructions to guide you.

At 4–6 weeks, you’ll return for your complimentary touch-up. This second session is essential, as it allows me to assess how your skin healed, reinforce any faded areas, and refine the shape and colour.

Your final results will be visible once this second session has fully healed.

FAQ

  • First things first, don’t be nervous! We can start with a complimentary consultation to explore your options, address your questions, and determine if we’re the right fit. We’ll discuss your goals and lifestyle to determine which technique is the best option for you.

  • Yes, Powder and Nano Brows are types of cosmetic tattooing. I use a tattoo machine to deposit pigment beneath the skin, creating the appearance of fuller, more defined brows. This method doesn’t cut the skin like microblading, nor does it remove or damage your natural brow hair. The tattoo sits underneath the hair, enhancing your natural shape.

  • Most clients enjoy their results for 1 to 3 years. Retention depends on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you care for your brows. Over time, the pigment will gradually fade, and you can return for a retouch when you’re ready.

Understanding Comes First

A 30-minute consultation gives us time to connect, discuss your goals, and identify the best approach for your skin, features, and lifestyle.

It’s a chance to ask questions, learn what to expect, and feel confident before moving forward, especially if you’re new to cosmetic tattooing or unsure where to start.

Consultations are optional but recommended if you still have questions before committing.
